New: Looking Forward In 2015

New

One of my favorite times of the year is New Years Day.

It is not because of all the great movie marathons on TV.

So…

What makes New Years Day grand?

I enjoy it because it is new!

This time of the year is full of dreams, hope and optimism for what lies ahead.

Think for a moment…

There are 365 days that have the potential to be even better for you and I than last year!

Does that excite you?

Maybe 2014 was a tough year and there isn’t much excitement for the year that lies ahead.

Maybe 2014 was a year to remember full of life change and hope for the future.

Regardless of how 2014 ended we are all at the starting blocks of a new portion of our life.

The keyword here is new.

I think we can take a cue from the Apostle Paul in how to approach 2015, it is found in Philippians 3:12-13 NLT

I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me. No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.

I encourage you to forget what is behind you and look forward to what God has placed ahead of you in 2015.

Spend time with God and dream.

Some dreams may take longer than 2015 but I believe this can be your best year yet.

What are some things you look forward to seeing happen in 2015?

Write them in the comments section below and our team at SuperChurch.Com can stand with you in prayer this year!

I AM LOOKING AND PRAYING FOR A HEALING UPON MY MOM HEALTH. I AM ALSO STANDING IN PRAYER FOR MY SISTER THAT SHE GET SAVED AND KNOW THE JOY OF THE LORD JESUS.
