This past January, Mark and I were in Florida for CPC. We visited Downtown Disney and a quaint shop that made really cool desserts.
I tried this one and had to make it myself.
Easy to make and a great recipe for kids.
To make and give away wrap individually in small bags and tie with ribbon.
What You Need:
- 1 bag of large marshmallows
- 25 medium lollipop sticks
- 1 package almond bark (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 bag of coconut
- 2-3 different colored sprinkles and/or sugar
What You Do:
- Place 1 or 2 marshmallows on the end of the lollipop stick, pushing the marshmallow all the way on the lollipop stick.
- Dip the marshmallow into the almond bark, making sure to cover fully.
- Tap on the side of the bowl to remove excess.
- Roll almond bark covered marshmallow in the coconut and then sprinkle with sugar.
- Option: Roll almond bark covered marshmallow in the sprinkles.
- Lay to dry on wax paper, because it is covered with sprinkles or marshmallow, it won’t drip.
FUTURE TIP: Change color of sprinkles for the season.

(This is my story but you may have one that is similar.)
