As the founder of Tasch Ministries International, John has inspired families around the globe through children’s camps, leadership training, and revival services that span every age group. His heart is to equip and mobilize the entire family to walk in their God-given purpose, bridging generations through Spirit-led ministry and discipleship.

Debbie Harper brings over 35 years of dedicated ministry experience to children’s church leadership, with a focus on preschool education, volunteer training, and curriculum innovation. As the visionary behind the KinderChurch Curriculum series, Debbie has equipped countless churches with age-appropriate, Spirit-centered lessons and resources. Together with her husband, Mark Harper, she forms a dynamic leadership team inspiring KidMin pastors, volunteers, and parents worldwide.

Ray baldwin

Ray Baldwin is a seasoned pastor with over 40 years of children’s ministry experience. Originally from England and now based in the U.S., he has served as a Children’s Pastor in Texas and Oklahoma, and for the past 15 years at Turning Point Church. He is the author of 20/20 Vision: Transforming Your Children’s Ministry and a gifted musician, puppeteer, and storyteller who, with his wife Nancy, ministers internationally with StrikeForce Ministry Teams and the Knights of God.
